Spammin on Facebook

I read the article about the company that got sued, he was doing illegal things like phishing, get user's infos etc but...if I send private messages on Facebook even to an high amount of people, can I get any problem?

In facebook I can't send more than 20 messages at once but I can do 20+20+20+20+20 etc etc... I am spamming doing it? can I get any problems ?

You will probably just get your account banned if caught. You have to do a lot of shit for a company too come after you and take you to court. There is no way they can take every person who spams facebook a little bit to court.

ive done that before, its a nightmare though, you have to first group ya peeps up into 20's and then send, even then thers a limit that will stop you..
