About 2 or 3 years ago I use spamahost, but now unfortunately scammers!

Thanks for the info. Glad to know. I will not use them now.

Why would you guys wait weeks ? 72 hours is the max to provision any server or VPS. Hell even with full loads I provision 15 to servers a day. Not good that their site is not up too since a few weeks

Exactly, the point is they don't actually have the servers or are too lazy, or both.

When buying a VPS, I expect to receive my login details within a few hours, 24 hours max. With a dedi, I expect to receive my details within a few hours, 48 hours max.

Websites seems to be down for more then 7 days... They don't reply to there support tickets ...They are the Biggest Scamers

I raised a claim in paypal against spamahost and after about 10 days, paypal says they cannot rule in my favour because the item I bought was "itangible" and hence not eligible for paypal buyer protection. Pls suggest what I can do now.

Maybe you should talk to your bank about a chargeback, but even this will be difficult

these fly by night hosting companies are popping up everywhere. Use a company with a good reputation and not just anybody that is cheap.
