I purchased their XEN mini VPS ,wait 2 weeks for the activation and probably it will never happend if I will not send the refund request to the paypal, so after 2 weeks they activated my VPS but with half of the memory and HDD space I paid for.

Don`t buy from them, they are scammers.

same thing happened with me. They took 2 weeks to activate and only after i sent a paypal refund request. And today their servers are down.
 
Same here, 2 weeks to become active, now their website has been down for almost a week....with no answers from spamahost
 
anyone one the next best thing to spamahost when it comes to bulletproof VPS, I need bulk email allowability.
 
Website down the last 7 days, server down, no customer support. Phone num always busy...time to move on...
 
cases like this make you more careful before you buy product online,
 
@ litsumo ,going back awhile I had a problem with Spamahost but then sorted it out, the rest of the time things were ok, then I had to go away, when I came back I signed back up, that was almost a month ago and its been a deadend road since then...Im trying to get my refund from 2checkout..
 
I was about to sign up for them about a fwe weeks ago and now im glad i didn't, something didn't feel right and thankfully i went with my gut.

sorry to hear it for the others here, would love to hear follow ups from those that haven't had good results..
 
their site is down , their server is inaccessible, yet they are prompt enough to bill me. Just raised a dispute in paypal.

They tried scamming me about a month ago... never delivered my dedicated server, I had to file a dispute with PayPal (which I won). idk what happened, they used to be good, now they are just ripping people off. You're the 3rd or 4th person just on this forum in the last 30 days I've seen mentioning being scammed by them. Call PayPal right away.
 
Um, isn't that the company that is being Ddos'ed at the moment, or am I way off on this?

spamahost use to be good, now its just a memory
