spamahost problems (the host that allows xrumer)

Hi, i signed up for VPS $99/mo for an xrumer server, first they put me online very quickly after 24 hours, but then 2 days later my server already got offline for unknown reason

i tried contacting the support, i posted a ticket, and got no reply waiting for 48 hours to get this resolved... what is wrong with this service

they don't worth the money there are charging.... too slow for 99$ vps.

And what are better alternatives?

I agree with Genotip.

I have been with them for 2 months and have had nothing but problems. I will be posting my support conversation in the shit list very soon. It has been a nightmare with this company from the start, and I dont recommend anyone use them.

Rofl! Wish I found this thread before I purchased from them. Man, their support really sucks! I bought on Saturday AM, and I still do not have my server. Wtf?

Oh yeah Buddy! That should have been my red flag right there. It took them around 4 or 5 days to get my server online. When support finally answered my ticket they told me they were waiting on an available node.

So 5 days later great it was online, and I didn't have any more problems at all for one month. The day my server went down I noticed a pop in the tray bar stating to please activate my copy of windows. Wtf! You mean to tell me I was paying an extra $20 a month for a trial version of windows.

This pissed me off... But since these guys work out of Russia I really didn't want to make them angry and just be like F*** You. So I bit my tongue and slowly worked it out with the support guy named Kevin. Who never actually answers your question, but who instead replies with one sentence every 12 hours or so. Anyway, it took them 5 more days to get me back online, and to make up for the disturbance in my service they extend my billing cycle a little bit longer. I thought that was nice even though they never admitted to not activating my copy of windows.

Oh, and the thing that really made me frustrated is that they had to reinstall the OS and give me a new IP address and all. Telling me sorry we were unable to save any of your data since the entire node was corrupted. Lmao!

Ok cool, I have had your service for one month and all of these problems. At this point I was vulgarly expressing my anger to the support. Anyway, to make a long story short. It all happened all over again for the second time this month in August. The exact same thing all over again!!! I am still waiting for my server to come back online, and it has now been 4 days.


Tired of the bullshit I contacted http://xsserver.eu and asked if they allow Xrumer, and they replied very fast telling me that it is fine. It took them like 3 hours to have my server online after purchasing the $35.00 a month plan. I am also using a few private proxies just to make sure i don't have any issues with complaints. I guess only time will tell.

Looks like their attitude to customers is not very good

SPAMAHOST IS KILLING ME RIGHT NOW!. I needed a server asap, its been 7 days and nothing. I'm walking away they can keep my money. After reading this thread this is nuts!!!!

I was thinking of signing up with SPAMAHOST, but after reading this thread I will look for something else. Are there any good Windows VPS for Xrumer and Scrapebox?

spamahost are scams- They stole my money. Never get a response back from them.
I have been waiting for 7 days and nothing. They crooks. They took my money and ran.

yeah, I agree, DONT use spamahost....I got the tiny vps plan and they set up the hmailserver on the server, when I tried to login with my username and password in maxbulkmailer it would not work, its been over a month and they have not helped me out with this, they get back to you within 12 to 24 hours but its just a bunch of hotair...they will keep you running in circles..

i strongly recommend anybody not to use xsserver.eu. i have tried many many different hosts , but they are really really the worst. their service is not reliable, the customer service is rude and sometimes even doesnt answer. a few month ago they took offline all the netherland vps without warning. all the files on my server got lost for good. they didnt answer for weeks regarding the issue that the servers werent working anymore. they continued taking money from my paypal account without my permission and without any hosting service given to me. the servers were off and they continued to take money. when i asked them to refund me the money for the 5 month i didnt had any access to my vps server, because it was down, they simply said they wont refund me. so xsserver gives bad service and xsserver steals money from his customers!!! i really really strongly warn you, don not use xsserver.eu!!!! read other posts about them and you will see for yourself that sooner or later, you will have major problems with their service.
