Spam404 owner revealed

Hi guys,

just wanted to share this thread where the owner of spam 404, a website who massively flags and reports fake content (videos, websites a.s.o.) lately, is revealed.

This is no advertising, if it's not allowed please remove the link, but I think it's interesting to read and important for some of us.

Q: Why did you create Spam404?A: I (Copy Cat) began Spam404 as I was tired of the countless amounts of abuse on the internet and after many successful abuse reports I decided to create a website to display the content I got taken down and it quickly expanded from there. Being involved in PPD wasn't a nice experience for me as all I saw was blackhat niches and methods being used everywhere and I found this very immoral so I also wanted to do something about this.

Funny thing is, he earned money with fake niches by himself in the past (and maybe even now - who knows). He provided (and even selled) others with fake niches - that most likely come from spam404 when he reported them. There are many other "funfacts" about him and most guess that he's just getting rid of competition.

Completely useless. Not sure if whoever took the time to do this thinks he's a e-detective, but any kid with an internet connection can find all that information easily, and in the end, it's useless information.

Not at all, don't know if you're pointing to the research thread who reveals the owner or the site itself. But the owner has some kind of youtube deputy status and therefore can easily takedown any video. Of course it's just a kid, but he's now able to cut our profits (for those who are in that niche) and he thinks he's some kind of savior of the internet

My sites was getting daily 3k UV but now it decreses to 1500.

Yes he is taking down all our sites claiming he's only doing whitehat. But a network has already exposed his niches to a mod at CPAE and he's still doing Bh so he is taking down all competition while running this website. He's deserves it bad!! I wish him the worst.

Last year in October, he tweeted to Matt Cutts asking him when they will start combating this in Google. He's a suck up. Apparently he also use to own 'Booster Busters', pissing off half of the CoD Community and PS3 players.

Enjoy it while he flags the niches from Google Alerts and the thousands of videos submitted to him from competitors. It won't stay up long, he's rocking with his alias on free web hosts & YouTube Deputy status.

Lol. This kid is such a fail. I'm not even sure what the point of his site is. Him as his team of snitches just go around snitching and crying to ISP's or hosts to have your site taken down? I doubt anyone references it before visiting a site. I got an idea I might test out with his links though now. Always fun to mess with those who sit there on high trying to judge others. We have enough sanctimonious jackasses around here trying to play Mall Cop. He'll get slapped around and go running back to cry on mommy and daddy's shoulders soon enough.
