a friend have more that 60k links from the same domine,and his site is in first page of google?Who can me explain this?this not is big spam?60k links from the same site???

It's probably a site-wide link. Placed in the footer or sidebar for example.
This link would count as 1 referring domain and X amount of backlinks depending upon the number of pages website have. In this case 60k.
Is this the case?
