I place a lot of links on my website for people who are looking for information. Since, I do a lot of links I'm hoping Google won't see it as a spam website. How can I make sure that I will not be banned for spam.

Spam = unsolicited bulk messages. In my view there is no reason for Google to see your site as a spam website.

Make links nofollow or use gocodes plugin and you can check a box to make links nofollow. It also lets you track clicks on links but not sure how accurate it is.

If your website has outgoing links to the websites that have a low lets say lowest PR 3 or no PR and you are not really sure how "white hat" those sites are, or if you have a lot of constantly changing links that require way to much work to check every single one of them - then do nofollow

ok, Thank you guys for your help

Are these links relevants to the content of your website?

yea, it kinda keep my site going, but I have added No follower by de77.com plug-in so i hope that helps

See, If these link are irrelevant to your content, only then they will be considered as spam.

Since you placed the purposely for your users... I don't think Google will find it objectionable.

Its fine even if a few of the websites aren't related to your content. Just try to avoid linking to websites with a bad reputation

spam no, link farm.... maybe. How many links are we talking about here?

It's more like a link farm because I am posting links pertaining to jobs. I do have contents, but I think it more links then contents because I am adding like 20 of them on a daily basis.
