If I get 200 spam comments everyday does that help with my traffic, ranking and adsense?

If the traffic is interested in what you have to offer, then yes you will most probably receive targeted traffic and conversions. As with rankings there are many factors with this to consider.

I think It is good for you to get traffic but creates problems for your site. Penguin update decreases the ranking of sites which contain Spamming links. So my advice is , You have to remove all the spamming comments.
