spam score doesn't matter for rankings, so yeah, you should get the link from that site. I would still be careful about the DA, though, as it can be artificially inflated, so you might want to check the backlinks to that page first

The DA & Spam Score metrics are developed by MOZ, So If you are concentrate and Selecting the links under the Good DA, You must to care about the Spam Score also. So My personal Opinion is to take 10% to 15% below the Score of Spam is the safest one for the links.

i will leave it if the spam score above 50% if using Moz metrics, but nowadays im not using Moz metrics
