If you want to check real SPAM scores in your domains just do it manually. Grab majestic SEO , moz, ahrefs check their PA/DA/DR/TC/CF and it's must have to check how natural their anchor texts and referring domains. Other than that it's just numbers with MOZ or any 3rd party tool you are using. It's same as we are doing keyword research.

To be honest if you are serious at what you are doing you defently need least ahrefs subcription least to check backlinking profile. Most of services got free trials, For short term project you can grab them and try or there's few places you can find all packages for very small price. Just search around.

I can answer second part of your question what is the Ideal spam score
There is no parameter to say what is the ideal spam score. But if your are indulging in link building from pages where there are too many external backlinks from page thaen the chances are high that your domain will have some spam score. Make sure you avoid this.
Also spam score should be as low as possible !

are your keywords ranking ? If they are ranking then you should renew it else leave it or redirect this domain to new domain !
