I also needed something like this and bought this fiverr gig: http://fiverr.com/seoestore/create-250000-backlinks-for-your-url-and-keywords I liked it cause you get 50,000 unique wikis created and 5 backlinks on each of the pages, so this is good one if you are looking for wikis, for other types of links I think you should be looking on Fiverr too

Just look for these on fiver and keep a good pace, not just one blast and hope it does. Personally at the moment I find web2 spam and guest book the most effective. Depending on your budget, throw some Sape in too. It is not all about hitting and hoping though, or hitting and having guaranteed success, you need to investigate your competition and make sure you are trying to rank something which will bank.

Spend $20 more on BST threads and don't go to Fiverr.... It's funny how 4 of you say check the marketplace, yet not 1 of you can actually provide a thread that offers it.
