Spam protection

Because of this spam protection I cant post a thread because I am newbie, but also, I can't post a reply because I don't have 15 post and links in my posts....

You can't post links at the moment anyway. This is to prevent people spamming the forum.

If you are just offering advice just state the name of the site and people can search for it.

Just bear in mind, affiliate/referral links are not allowed here.

I'm not trying to post a link. I just wanted to post an offer that I am willing to buy something in "Want to Buy" section.

You should be able to post in the want to buy section but you may be asking for something that is triggering the spam filters.

@Apricot can you help out here?

Also forgot to mention, you can't reply to existing want to buy threads, you can only start one yourself.

You need jr vip or above to reply in WTB or hire a freelancer.

I'd say get some posts and activity in around the forum. Build up your credibility and it will help you in your selling

Yes, You are Absolutely Right...

Sorry, couldn't help myself. @Whits Simpson - I've checked the log and it picked up the url tag and a couple of trigger phrases a few times. Posting links and asking people to contact you via email are red-flags for brand new bot accounts spamming the forum. The restrictions get progressively lighter the more you post on the forum so we can be sure you're a real person and making a contribution before you get full permissions.

If you're trying to post in the Want to Buy forum, people can reply to the thread with information or send you PM's in regards to it. You won't be able to reply yourself, so let a mod know when you've found what you're after and we'll close the thread for you.

Just to be aware, Jr VIP and Donor members have contributed to the forum and have paid to advertise their services here. Members with yellow usernames contacting you privately are breaking the rules - if you make a trade with these members against our advice, they don't have the same investment in their bhw account and makes it much more difficult for us to help you.

Doesn't look a problem to me but I'm not a moderator.

Try changing a few words to see if it's the way you're writing it that triggers the spam filters.

Based on what @Apricot said above it may be as silly as you stating "contact emails" that is stopping you

Final solution is that the words "E M A I L" and "C O N T A C T M E" are triggering spam filter, so I had to use the synonyms.

Yes, that is the right way. I am also new to this forum and doing exact same thing. Answer questions and try to post something useful.
