Spam posts are being indexed

Some spam posts are being indexed on my site. But they are not inside the WordPress site. Can anyone help me fix this?

Are you hacked? The earliest date on a spam post on your screenshot is April 8. Do you have a backup from before that?

My advice would be to restore to that backup, and run a scan with Wordfence. Delete any files from cPanel that do not belong to your wordpress install.

These show days are wrong. I removed all spam posts yesterday and no indexed posts.
 
Did you remove the method they used to create them also?

Astra theme and Elementor plugin are nulled.

Unless one of the 11 plugins is a particularly obscure one then I'd bet on it being the nulled plugins.

You could always check the 11 for CVEs

Forget nulled Elementor, a legit copy of Elementor has had various security issues.

So yes, start with elementor and Astra first. Also, I think you should submit de-index request for the spam URLs in search console. If they are injecting malicious code for users, you would get a penalty and that could affect how your legit pages rank.
