there is any way to make a huge spam links for a domain?

I wouldn't bother with this as an idea.
If you REALLY have to - disavow immediately and tell the Google Gestapo that your site is being spammed - then leave it at that. Get some good links.
It's tempting to think spamming back is revenge - but it rarely works, it probably wont work for your competitors either - chances are they'll have no effect either way.

Yeah probably not a good idea. I think you can do some stuff with IFFT though. Haven't tried myself.

Change domain and make a redirect 301 from the old one to his site

Just keep building high authority links to your site. Most of those spam links will be devalued by Google, like someone above said you could always disavow if you really want to. You're going to waste your time trying to neg SEO them back
