SPAM keywords in Google Console

I just checked my Google console now and discovered my site is showing spammy keywords that I did not write any content for.

What could be the cause of this?

One of the keywords I checked on Google SERP redirected to an unknown site. Anybody experience this before?

Is it a new domain?
maybe the old owner was ranking for those keywords
