Using dolphin anty and proxies can help a bit, but Instagram still detects spam like behavior Even if you make new accounts repeating the same patterns will lead to more bans

ah you are referring to mass DMs.
You can do that if you are always creating IG accounts and sending DMs from each of them

For all it's worth, yeah that would work but expect really quick bans. If your IPs are good, setup is good, and sessions properly isolated, external factors notwithstanding, you should be able to just make accounts or login to existing ones without immediately getting banned (sort of).
That said yeah, you can expect to get restricted or banned quickly for spamming regardless though. You'd be burning through accounts.

Anti-Detect browser and a rotating 4G proxy is vital. Make sure the proxy rotates after each account starts doing actions.
