Spam GSA links give growth or decrease of website position

I thing this is one of the most demand theme in SEO/linkbuild world.
Who have experience in spam links attack, who know what will happen if I'll put a 100% more bad links(with porn anchor, or from the black sites) to my competitor. For example:
My competitor has 1k unique back links. If I'll put 1-2k sheete links from GSA to my competitor with porn anchor, from sites with D.R 0, and I'll spam more and more.
Competitor will get upper position or lower?
What do you think?

Usually neither. With last updates Google simply ignore this low quality links. That said for the first few days the target website may experience some dancing up and down.

so you just registered on biggest internet marketing forum today and first thing you ask is how to destroy someones business? All I can say for you is don't be an ass and such a pussy who needs to run around and do shit things to others and destroy everything they put they're time in. And even if you managed to push down the competitor it doesn't guarantee you will replace his place in serps.

Yes that's right, destroying is not the way we operate here, it's a waste of energy and there is a thing called karma, it will bite ya.
More of my question is about using GSA to get ads in front of buyers faces, is that reasonable?
