You really expect a serious answer to this? Get a good mailer program (GEAS, The Bat), few k's of socks proxies loaded into Proxy Firewall. Socks proxies must support mailing ports. Tokenize the hell out of your message if you want to inbox anywhere. Having a rDNS set up is a plus to inbox. Don't sent out more than 15 messages per proxy (good luck keeping track of this somehow) to an @cl. If I were you I'd also get a good dedicated box setup offshore. Overall you can see there's many startup costs involved. Try to turn non-CL emails into bucks, then start thinking about @CL mails.

so in other words its not worth it, any other ideas where i can scrape localized email address by region (aka city state)? Also do you know a good email address scraper program? I actually got a cl scraper php script i could hook up if you up with if youd like.

It is worth it if you know how to monetize non-CL's already. Try to make some $$$'s there before you spend your money. As for scraping CL, I use Craigslist Email Harvester Pro and it works perfectly. It is one of the first softwares I've found cracked in the Downloads section and later ended up buying it.
