i am receiving spam comments on my newly made site with their sites link on comments or url
how did they do that?are they using xrumer or any other tools?

Probably scrapebox... Or something similar

Also search on this forum for google signatures (prints) for your CMS and try to remove or change it. This will protect you in future from spamming and partly from hacking.

Did you activate akismet? It's enough to purge spam.

Different people use different softwares to spam like scrapebox.

If you want to stop major portion of spam comments then set disable comment on post older than 10 days in Wordpress Settings.

As mentioned by others, it's probably scrapebox. I would strongly advise you to use Akismet.
