I have noticed that Youtube is not removing spam comments when reporting them as spam. I have even tried reporting one comment with 25 accounts and still is not being removed. Someone has come along and spam the crap out of all the videos in this niche and nothing is being done and their site gives you viruses. Has anyone else noticed this or is this spammer doing something to prevent getting removed?

Have you give them some time to see your report? Most of the times spam reports are manually checked.. like if you report someone here for spam it may take month ...

Yes, I have given it time. It just seems his comments dont get removed and some how he keeps them at top. I have a youtube bot that I had made that can report comment, like comment, leave comment replies and more and I have used it to report all his comments and it does not work. Even reported comments manually with a few accounts. I don't understand why youtube adds new comment system that allows spam of sites that give you viruses

25 accounts you use, whether you run in one IP Address or Laptop? perhaps even you are considered spam because you run your account in one IP

How many thumbs up and replies the comments contain?

A very valuable question indeed. If the comment has lots of likes and engagement with other real youtubers, then youtube staff are very unlikely to agree with your point of view.

Additionally using a bot to FLAG likely means your bot is now useless. That's why they aren't responding to your requests - because you spam complained them way too much, and now they just think you are the boy who cried wolf, or worse still - they've identified you as a spammer.

Also it seems pretty clear that you are a spammer, and have misrepresented the "real" deal regarding your situation, which is that your lame attempts to flag a competitors comments are no longer working. This is BHW. We won't judge you too much for doing that sort of thing, but asking questions like this and playing all innocent isn't really something we care too much for either. Why not just admit you're looking for a flagging solution so you can get your own comments to rank - probably utilizing the 500 comments method?
