Here is how I value links. Multiply the points by the PR.
10 points - ******** link on a relevant site
2 points - ******** link on a non relevant site
However, 90% of your links need to have your keyword anchor text or variations of it. It's good to have a few url links and "click here" links for a natural effect, but the overall mass of your links must be related to your keyword anchor text.
You need to move away from wordpress. It's poor for getting quality backlinks fast. Nofollow and moderation everywhere.

but if for example from 10 thousand blog,i got 100 visitors
Does it(100visitors) give effect to my seo?

So it means if you put your links on a website/blog with a 0 PR, then it has no use since the value will be 0?

not entirely no use, but almost no use yes. maybe 10,000 pr 0 backlinks would equal 50 pr 5 backlinks (just an example).

It's just scare tactics. They cannot effectively wipe out comment spam without taking down half the internet.

One week ago I set 60 Pligg backlinks to a domain. Today, yahoo show me 0 backlinks and SERPs don't responsive to these backlinks. How long does it take until google react or the backlinks will show in yahoo?

I think the pligg page where you put your backlinks on must be indexed first before you see the result

But normally Google Spider SB faster than one week. Links form other BM systems are displayed on my backlink checker.

I found out that there are sites with negative PR's. does posting your backlinks on sites with negative PR's do more harm than good to your website?

If you only have comment spam, it'll eventually get penalized. Link diversity is important.

What if you post quality posts on forums with negative PR's? Will that do any good?
