I have some tools like RDP, senders, smtps, anti bot software and crypters from my old jobs that I no longer do today. I have never worked in email marketing but I wanted to know without these tools and a list of more than 38 million emails, many segmented and verified, you can do email marketing?. and what offers to run?

you have a gold mine, if i were you i will start sending emails with different offers or services, or links and study the behavior of those emails, eventually you will spot those trend and those emails that actually buy or click on your emails, good luck

I am going to do as you say A/B tests and see which ones convert better. I also thought about creating a micro niche website and taking advantage of emails to send traffic to the web

I don't use Apollo. As I said, not all emails are verified and segmented. In some databases I only have the email, in others I have an address,work, how much they earn, credit score, background, etc.
 
related to this topic, can anyone suggest a good online email template creator, the one i am using is pretty old and there is not support from the developer anymore, i do appreciate any suggestion

if i were you i wud have catagorized the data and send them offers accordingly
 
I heard AtomEmailPro is not bad, you can just try it. Not only for sending bulk emails but also do email verifying.
