Spam backlinks

Hey everyone, recently I've adquired a service from seoclerks to search and remove unhealthy backlinks pointing to my website, I just want to know if it's ok for me to make these spammy backlinks as tier 2 or are they completely useless? It will be like

mywebsite.com
point to
high DA web 2.0
point to
Spam backlinks

let me know your thoughts

So your website points to high DA web 2.0's which point to Spam links? it should be the other way around. Spammy, a.k.a "bad neighborhood" links are useless, and you should use the disavow links tool to remove them.

If you have web 2.0s as your tier 1 then it acts as a buffer - if you had a problem you could remove the links from those web 2.0s to your site.

However, if so send the same spam links that caused problems when directed to your main site, to those web 2.0s then ultimately the results are not going to be any better.

Best trying to avoid spammy links completely.

So spammy links point to web 2.0 means your main site is not affected, but why you build the tier 2 as spammy links? You can build strong tier 2 link means it is most useful for your main site and it is not useless at any time.

Well I'm considering those spam backlinks as tier 2 just because I don't think I have any other backlink with PA to send to tier 2 other than that is just spending money I don't have, any other way to find tier 2?

There are so many methods in link building to create free backlinks dude. So you can choose any service like this Bookmarking,Directory submissions,Business listing sites etc.. You can do this methods as manual it is not spam.

Don't hire any agency, you can delete spammy backlinks yourself for free :
1-Open search console => Search analytics => Who links to you
2-Export all the domains as .XLs file
3-Now go check link by link
4-Write a txt file putting in it all of the spammy domain like this exmaple :
"domain: www.example.com"
5-open disavow tool and upload the txt file
6-Wait 2 week to see results.

those are already done long ago the end result was a slightly rank increase from page 3 to page 2 I only wish to know if there's any way I can reuse those links as tier 2

I only have login details for the tier 1 backlinks the disavow links I don't have is there any way to recognize if one of these disavow can be used or not? I mean, just by a quick search I saw one indexed, some of them have a reasonable DA/PA I could share them if would help

You can point them to your web 2.0s then point web 2.0s to money site. I used to do that with GSA and it used to work. Probably won't do much harm but might not help much. You can ways test it and if rankings drop, remove T2 or even T1.
