Google's Disavow Tool is the best solution.
 
You can solve this problem using the Disavow tool.
 
If it just one link you don't need to do anything.

To remove a spam backlink use Google's Disavow Tool contact the site owner to request removal or edit your website's .htaccess file to block the link's referral traffic.
 
As advised disavow the links & build more quality backlinks for more better improvements.
 
Filter the spammy links and submit them all into the disavow tool.
