leave it if the links aint harming then they just crawled and having no effect .

these kinda spam links can anytime harm your SERP ranking as well your reputation in Google's point so its better to disavow these links as said by our friends.

You can block it with google disavov tool.

if nothing happen to your ranks just leave it, or you can try to disavow

Yeah it's better to delete as google can penalize you, I've seen this happen before
