So I'm using a service similar to Aweber to send marketing emails out to lists that I've purchased and scrubbed. Bounces are very low unsubscribes are under 1% ect. It's a clean list and I'm following CAN SPAM Laws. So today I send out just shy of 10k message today on my 100K/month plan and I get a notice from support saying my account has been suspended with this message "We received a direct spam complaint in regards to your mail from a VIP in the Anti-Abuse community. Please inform us where you are getting your email addresses from. " Lol an anti abuse VIP?? is that what it says on his card? Can Anyone lead any credence to or discredit this?
