It really all depends on the level, severity and amount of spam reports you will be expecting to receive. It also depends on the TLD as well.
Use one of the new TLD's, such as .online, .xyz, .shop, etc and expect to be banned within 5 spam reports.
Using a .com or .net is normally safer.
Using a registrar such as internet.bs is safer as well.
Low-level spam, with only a small amount of spam reports, are generally safe. However, having 100's of spam reports, epecially if deemed dangerous phishing spam, will result in you losing the domain name, no matter where it is registered. Each domain registrar has a duty to do this, or lose their own license.
