Spam a Website is making cash on my name!!??

I have a burning question:

(After sending cease and dissist demand letters the marketing company is still using my owned media and name, it's a local business)

My question is this: will sending spam links straight to their home page slow them down and pull them back?

Did you have a lawyer write the c&d or did you write it on your own... if so and your grammar/spelling was as bad as in the op, I would've ignored it too.
If you got a lawyer to send it, let that same lawyer proceed.

I have no idea why you think 'sending spam links' is going to make them take down your content though...

They acknowledged the demand and responded by email that they would take down the content and media. As of this moment, the media and content remains unchanged. Sending spam links to their site will not translate into "stop using my content" , that's quite obvious. You were not forced to comment on this post. Thanks.
 
Thanks for not answering my question after taking the time to answer yours.
You might not believe it, but probably 12 out of 100 on here would believe that sending spamlinks could actually result in them doing X, Y or Z.

I'll try to ignore your future posts and good luck finding someone else willing to help.
