Whats the best way to source models willing to do OnlyFans?

I've been sending DM's speaking to girls that wanted to join before previously but they all end up ghosting or saying they've changed their mind.

They probably receive hundred of such messages each day. The only way to get them talking is give them some money for their time.

I’d say go with people you know. If you have some friends who post picture half naked anyways on Instagram just threw em an offer.
Another great option is Reddit, filter those low karma original content accounts and cold dm em until you sign your first model.
I could go on and on, just start trying and do what works best for you.

Did you make money for/with any OF models before?
Show that proof to the new models you're pitching.

All of them are in it for the money. If you can show them you're going to make money together, that's all the pitch you need.

A friend sources them from the local escort classifieds... after he uses their... PR services.

Agreed, one you show some sort of money or potential of money, they are really cooperative
