The safest method is to find a supplier with its own system/app. Or you should find the agent on famous freelancer websites.
 
I'm hesitating. Do you find suppliers by yourself? Do you use aliexpress?
 
I find a dropshipping app on Shopify. And I use AliExpress, but in a way of finding products. I use the app to help me source the products from AliExpress. And the app will help fulfill. I use eprolo.com.
 
There are many good suppliers and quality products in China. You just need to carefully choose and discuss all the subtleties of mutual cooperation. Good luck
 
I have 3 agents in China. I also use Taobao and try to talk to factories using WeChat. When it gets hard I get the agents to take over. Tbh finding the product is the easy part.
