If i buy a product which has IMEI and a bard code is it possible to retrive the information at which chinese company that product has been created ?

Look up the company on here https://usimports.info/ or the product itself. A lot of times you can track it back to the manufacturer that sold it to that company.

if you are new you think its big a issue but contact supplier too many supplier sell their product just contact them
