source of direct traffic ?

Please, I've got for a website (new one for me !) with sources of traffic coming from direct and referral (50/50).
I can't manage to explain where the direct traffic came from (20 000 visits /day/form many different geographical areas) in G.Analytics (campaigns not set). I say "came" as in 2 days the overall traffic crumble down to 30 visits/day as it started 2 months ago. Could this DT come from affiliation (bulk emailing as bounce rate is about 65%) or from also a sort of BH script simulating direct visits ?

To be flat honest if the traffic is coming from India or many countries in the east then it will not convert well at all. I would take a
close look at your affiliate traffic and work on converting that and ignore much else.
