I was speaking to a SoundCloud provider. They told me they can provide me with 10,000 real active followers, they said it would take 20 to 30 days.

Does anyone know what techniques they will be using to achieve this please?

Unless you pay for advertising , you can't get REAL and active followers by paying someone to get them for you. They will be active only if you engage them naturally. Sorry it is the real truth.

If I setup a website with a Sound Cloud Embedded player. Can I direct traffic to the player? And convert a percentage of the traffic into followers??

i can also do for real users but the reality is it will not be so active as your expectation .. ! But yes its not fake !
