Hello,
i am new to cpa, i have a budget of 150 USD, i got accepted on a lot of Cpa network ( Peerfly, ogads,...) but i don't know how to deal, i found an offer on peerfly, what to do next ? is it necessary to create a landing page ? are affiliate links accepted in fb ads ? thanks you

Some people will tell you to buy something right now , I advice you to keep at least 120 $ in your pocket , try to find a CPA method that makes you 1 $ and scale it to the moon and beyond by investing your 120 $ .

As for the landing page , you can either get one from the affiliate network , buy one , create one or rip one ;)

now you start promoting your offer on social media sites (IG , face , twitter etc) , I don't advice you to do facebook ads with CPA.

About the landing page, for example i found an e mail submit offer, what should i use next ? Should i use the landing page of the offer and hide the link by buying a domain or create a new that leads to the e mail submit offer ?
I am thinking to promote it via instagram.

most people promoting on instagram use a pre lander , something like google / wordpress / blogspot , do not use 1 domain in more than 3 accounts if planning to promote using instagram.

Also check the rules of the email submit offer.
 
I think it will be better for you to find some cases on Internet with cheap promotion strategy, and choose which of them you would like to try. It's hard enough to give recommendations like that without understanding your traffic source, but you should build your promotion strategy at first
