Hi,

When creating a google account, does anyone know how long the message:

Sorry, we cannot serve your request for a new account at this moment

will show for before you're able to make accounts again from the same IP?

It means that the IP has been abused.

Yes, when does that time out? And do you know how many requests it takes to cause it?

You should be fine within 48 hours and maybe up to 15-25 accounts per day from a single IP.
I don't think that the time and the number of accounts is a fixed number though.

If you delete your cookies/cache and reset your ip you will be able to create a new account right away.

I don't know to be honest. I have not received that when using my home IP. I have gotten it when using proxies and it hasn't expired on those proxies.
