no accounts were not getting banned, this issue happened intermittently in clusters. One filter may cause more filters when posting the same day. Update is that this is still working for me but not 100% removes the filter from happening. The rate was much higher before and now I built the commenting before posting permanently into my SOP on every account and the filter comes much more rarely often in communities the account hasnt joined yet.
