If I'm going to rank a site for a three word keyword(word#1 word#2 word#3), is there any problem if in the site's title between word#2 and word#3 is another word? (#key1 #key2 word #key3) Sorry for the dumb question!

Well if you want to rank let say for "Best sex toys" and your article title is "Sex toys are best" then yeah you got a problem.

Also its not only the KW in the title you must have it in the article as well, but if its an easy KW you don't necessarily need to have it in the KW but its preferable.

you know because you coded those search engines?

Or perhaps you acquired the knowledge by reading so on the "internet"?

EMD and keywords in the name in general is so much less important factor for ranking today than it was in like 2000...

I don't think there is any problem. It just depends on the strategy how you promote. It is difficult to use good content for advertising.

Yes it is a problem. It is not a problem if you write another word before or after your keyword.

Better to have the keyword you want to rank for as the permalink or at least phrase match,
