I am so sorry BHW members for not responding to my threads but I had faced a terrible issue that dealt with my family. Law enforcement kicked in my door and brutalized my mother and raided our home. I wasn't aware of what reason they did this and all of this happened without a search warrant or arrest warrant. We are in court now trying to fight this issue so we can get justice for that happened. I wasn't ignoring anyone's messages or inquiries but this issue had happened and I was very upset at the brutality of the police and what they did to my mother. I even got a negative trader score because everyone thought i wasn't answering them. I just wanted all BHW members to know that that wasn't the case.

Thank You, Its going to be a hell of a fight, even though we have proof and a good lawyer they are literally lying and the judge on the case is bias.

If you don't mind answering (the case is still ongoing) but did they kick your door in for anything bhw related? Items you may or ma not have been selling? This would serve as a good warning for those involved in this business.

Take 5 - 6 friends and go to one of the officers house (one that participated in kicking down your door) then kick down theirs then when in court just say "oh sorry i thought breaking into peoples houses was legal since you guys did it to me".

I doubt very seriously they kicked down a door without a warrant or probable cause. If you are really telling the whole truth, call the American Civil Liberties Union and ask for help. They will jump on this faster than a liberal on man made global warming.

I don't lie, I am very well aware of the law as I am studying to become a lawyer. They had no warrant and no court order. Everything I said I have proof. I live in GA, yes the racist south of the US. But I am telling you that this is a conspiracy. The Media doesn't want to air this story and every place that I or a lawyer make a complaint to, they ignore it. I really don't know what else to do but I am looking for any possibility to get this story aired and let people know that the Sheriff, Police, DFCS, Clayton County Judges, are in a deep conspiracy and they shall be brought to justice.

Call the ACLU and File a complaint with the justice department or the FBI. They take civil rights violations very seriously.
