What exactly do you mean? You want to put a pdf on a wbsite as a page?

 

I dont understand what or why you want to do this.

Upload your pdf file to your host so it looks like this:

http://www.yourdomain.com/your-pdf-file

Now you have a URL.

 

I have a pdf file needed to be upload on photobucket but photobucket dont accept a pdf file..I just wondering if I [FONT=arial, sans-serif]can get pdf to url....[/FONT]

 

You can convert the PDF to an image and then upload it. Google "PDF to image".
