Yes, its seems dead, You can use alternative veed, fliki, invideo, gemini.

For now, there are much better AI tools for that, like Veo3 and Kling
Who knows if OpenAI will eventually launch a decent Sora update...they really need to fully relaunch and update it, it's currently behind its competitors

Sora is outdated, you can try the updates, newer versions of AI to better serve your work

Veo 3 will do the job.
