Can anyone tell me how to zoom every 3 seconds automatically without being manually ?

Example:

I have 50 minutes video and I want every 3 seconds the video to zoom in and get back to normal.

make one key frame doing the zoom in and out , and paste it across

You can use kinemaster for that but you have to add cut from playlist after every 3 seconds manually
 
Can't you just stretch the video? That usually doesn't trigger YouTube to delete it since its not identical frames to the original
