Alright, for workout motivation, try high-energy genres like EDM, hard rock, or hip-hop!
 
UK trap playlist does it for me. All them Stormzy, Jhus, Dave, Skepta, etc.
 
i prefer to workout without any song so that i can remember the sequence of movements and checklist while performing the newly learned compound movements. music kinda distracts me.
