This guy and his friends show up now and then; he literally showed up 6 minutes ago. Their knees are hinged backwards and they are great as they snag snakes for their dinner.

We overpay Comcast for service out here and we have been overpaying that crew for years.

28 years ago you and my mother had a magical night together.

She wants nothing except for her young son to have a weekend on the lake in Florida during fishing season.

She does not know when Florida fishing season, but hopes it is not the same time as walleye fishing up north.

Don't tell my first wife that... she already has no plans to speak to me for the next 400 years.
 
It's pictures like this that drive me closer and closer to buying a houseboat each day.
 
Ever get any fish feed back there?

I'd bet if you threw some dog food/fish feed off of that dock for about a week you'd see plenty of bass/bluegill/catfish come around!

We feed the bass and crappie almost daily off the dock. There are literally dozens of them that come up and eat when we do that.

In fact the dogs look forward to feeding them as they always get a doggie cookie for "helping".
 
would love to work here but only before the sun get's on the head haha :D

I use "trophy fish feed" brand and feed about 30 catfish in a little corner of our public lake. They know who daddy is :)

Love your lake/pond though! It's awesome! Do you share it?
 
Wonderful view. No wonders why you keep it calm whenever you are dealing with a shitlist... I would have gone crazy .
