Something Wrong With Hastags

Hey there,
I'm having problem with hastags from 3 weeks.
My post aren't showing on hastags page what is the problem?
I have 8200 followers and 5200 followings maybe the following can be the problem?

If your post is not showing up under the recent tab of the hashtag then you are shadowbanned.

IG must have detected you are abusing hashtags somehow, let it cool down a bit and try using less or different ones.

I've tested all hastags about that niche on every post but Everytime is not showing

I also have hashtag problems. I get only "1% are not following you" - that's minimum traffic from hashtags. Usually I get at least 10% and up to 28% of non-followers finding me through hashtags.

I only follow about 240 people, I don't automate, and all my hashtags are researched in the app so I don't use banned ones. But I use 30 or close to 30 - have always been doing this and it wasn't a problem.
