You know its all fun and stuff as long as you work as an independent web designer from home but then you start looking for jobs but the dress code is the same in agencies. Anyway, 10/10 would work naked in a large office again.
In greece you can reach 40-45 euro with 8 hours of job but this is considered a pretty good daily salary and most jobs are 3-5eur per hour except if u work in a night club or something.
I wish my current employer would understand this. We always have to wear long stuff. And we get visited by customers at most 2 times a month. I was nearly dying today in the office because it's not air-conditioned and we have 35°C in Germany.
Because my employer is cheap af when it comes to things that make life convenient for employees. And we're in a quite large office building in the third floor with three floor above us which usually is enough to keep temperatures at a reasonable level. And clients are not that stupid they wear short clothes at these temperatures so they don't care as much
on top our client base is spread across Germany/Europe so they are seldom in-house.

Right I took risk early in my career and it turn out awesome for me at the time. Its all about research and understanding as u stated the reward...A lot of people are scared in business. Sometimes you can't play it safe. Not to say people dont failed which they do but risk takers are typically the ones who succeedAlways need to consider the risk-to-reward potential.
