You can "fix" the back button so the visitors can't leave your site so easily. Other then that, like Dj_Co2 said, you can fluff your site with something good to read or to watch, some interactive stuff.
One of my sites i'm using paid traffic that i not really interested in the content. Average time on site is around 4 seconds. Is there any source of traffic that is paid to stay long?
