Something strange happened

Backstory:

I’ve been doing subreddit requests on reddit with multiple accounts for a while and I’ve never encountered any problems. 1 proxy per account, stealth browsers, aged accounts. Never had any problems and never got detected by subreddit request bot. I’m not request big subreddits, but rather small abandoned ones in niches where I see some potential.

Last week, apparently, after I made a new wave of requests, I noticed that only 1 of my accounts received a reply to the request, the rest were detected by the spam filter and these requests were removed the day I was supposed to receive the verdict.

I the spent the whole day writing all possible reasons why this could have happened. I noted all the changes I made to the procedure since the previous time.

Before I start changing proxy providers and other stuff, I wanted to ask you guys if any of you have noticed changes to the spam filters/bot detection systems in the recent weeks. Maybe reddit stepped up their game?

I also want to clarify that my accounts did not get banned. I don’t engage in upvote manipulation with these accounts. They are only for subreddit requests.

I also need to mention that my setup isn’t very big. Only about 10 accounts dedicated to this purpose. These accounts require manual input from time to time and even the karma has been earned naturaly without the use of upvote services.

You have 10 accounts requesting subreddits? Your requests will be ignored if you make too many of them. But yes, in general the filters are more advanced and it's getting harder to use bots in the site.

it seems that reddit's filters have gotten better and they are detecting tricks more easily, I see a lot of people who also spam (I know is not your case ) having their accounts banned nowadays, this shouldn't be a coincidence

It's the new Reddit's update, it's a big mess on the market, no one has got accounts that are 100% working. From 10 accounts I get only 1 working for more than a day.

Yes, I know they will get ignored. However, my accounts were not detected until recently. I requested subreddits simultaneously for months and never got detected until last week. I’m struggling to find a solution now.

There seem to be many variables here.

I was using Ipv4 dedicated proxies so far. Now I’m considering switching to residential static.

It's not proxy related, just the limits for requests and everything else are way way lower. You either have to do less per hour or per day (depending on what was your previous set up) or start slowly by doing bare minimum amount of requests then slowly doing more and more. (still no guarantee you are safe)

I think you’ve misunderstood. I don’t spam or promote anything on these accounts. I’m not banned, shadowbanned or limited reddit in any way. I access these accounts maybe once a week. It’s not related to nsfw either. These are pure whitehat niche accounts.
The only purpose for them is to request subreddits every 15 days.
