Are there any other projects similar to crypto or bitcoin that can explode in next few years ? I know it will be very less popular in beginning stage.

There definitely are, but much less people will know about it

Even if there is one, you'll need proper guts to throw your money in. People get exit scammed all the time.

I would never invest in any crypto currency than bitcoin, all these altcoins.... fuck em allll

Not crypto related, but keep an eye on remote working/online education.. these are hot and will only get hotter in the next few years

I'll keep my eye on 3 things:
- artificial intelligence
- space race
- psychedelics

It's a complex question. BTC has popularity because it solved a problem. People were not as focused on privacy, irreversible payments or global payment systems then, but I believe these are the core problems that BTC addresses. BTC was a solution to these problems. So if you want to think about what the next solution is, you need to understand the problem first. Figure out the major issues or inconveniences to humanity and then think about solutions. Let us know when you find the answer.

That is so true. For example: right now all official education systems even in well developed countries like USA, Canada, or EU have almost non existed infrastructures for remote classes and exams. All banks are moving on remote meetings with clients, closing its physical branches... We are on the edge of a new next decade and it will be known as a "Can't Touch Me" era... lol

- Anything relating to cannabis-tech is taking off, but there are a lot of countries where the market is likely to open up in the coming years. Investing in 420-centric startups in countries with fresh decriminalisation is a good bet considering the success seen already in other countries.

- automated pen testing tools will become the norm in the coming 5 years. anything that can be used to effectively do the job of a website/webapp/mobile app pen tester by clicking a few buttons will see huge demand. Most sites don't use pen testing now because they don't know it's worth doing, and it costs quite a bit for most retail sites.
