Something really interesting to watch.

Ever since I started working, I measure everything I’m thinking of buying in the time it took me to make that money. I just got a washing machine, a laptop, and two pairs of jeans and I just kept thinking “This is more than half a month of work.” Obviously, these are kind of necessities — my old washing machine recently died a spectacular death, the laptop I got will help me be more productive, and I obviously need to cover the bottom half of my body — but I still felt guilty thinking about the expense in terms of the time that went into making that money.
