Something I noticed about using link indexing services

Yes, I've seen link index services that works and I get almost 100 percent index rate

But something I noticed is that when I use index services, the link get indexed but Google doest consider them for ranking until after sometime, unlike letting using Google search console or letting Google find your site itself

Maybe some work better than others? A competitor in a B2C site I manage has gotten a new product index and ranked while we can barely get ours indexed... We eventually outrank them for every product, so maybe this "rush" by them is what's dooming them?

I think so, but I think there's a way people index and rank in few hours, but I don't think they use index services
Because these site get backlinks from some Japanese or maybe Chinese sites. They simply add like 50 links on a single webpage and it help them rank, I don't know how this is done

Well, I have completely different experience. I used to index parasites with indexers and they ranked in 1-5 position in just a few hours.

Maybe it is another story with 'normal websites'. But if you post unique content there is no reason to use indexers.

Also, you should avoid indexers that send links from spammy websites.

Generally ranking does takes time, its pretty common now.

Ranking depends on various factors, competitors, content, site trust, so on. Yes, it will take time for the normal site unless it has good content and authority.
